    It keeps best in its wrapping in dry, cool place like pantry or cellar. Fridge is great if you prefer keeping it for a long run. 

    We keep ours by the counter and that way is ready for a nibble anytime.

    It has a 3 months shelf life on it - keeping in its wrapping and in the fridge.

    Its shelf life reduces significantly on the counter.
