So much has happened…

We have been quiet on our website, mainly because if I can’t do something to my best ability I simply don’t do it. I will leave you to decide whether that is a good thing or not.


We have spent some time away from the business with family. Very much appreciated, very much needed.


We are back to some fabulous news. And some sad ones too.


We have had a great team in the past few months and now one of our member is leaving us. Sad for us, good for her - new adventure for her something she always wanted to do. That leaves us searching and changing plans.


Our refrigeration unit has been playing up - luckily after the heatwave and not during. Also it seems it is a minor problem to fix.


The great news is that Lypiatt won 3 stars at The Great Taste Awards out of thousands of products and we are over the moon as this recognition came just in time to give us the enthusiasm and the keep up the good work spirit.






We also got a mention by Allan Jenkins the editor of Observer Food Monthly in the OFM newsletter. He mentions Baronet cheese as his new favourite and also keeps his eye out for Lypiatt . Is not that just marvellous ? - we are very pleased.





Another lovely event took place today at The Newt in Somerset. They regularly stock our Baronet, Bybrook and Lypiatt cheeses and today we went there to meet their customers and give them a taste of the three cheeses & the story behind us.



What a wonderful place !


We had the pleasure of combining work and leisure, so all four of us had a splendid day exploring.



And now the only thing left is to ease back into work….
