Hope you all had a wonderful Easter time - we were totally blessed by the weather. We had a lovely time in the garden, light snack for lunch with our cheeses and charcuterie cuts. For dinner, we tried a lovely friend’s recommendation and we roasted a whole cauliflower . We mixed breadcrumbs with salt, pepper and our Bybrook cheese and coated the cauliflower with it after the olive oil coat. It was yum!
